INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Initiating an International Return
Step 1: Email your request to SHOP@PIPEANDROW.COM
Step 2: Upon confirmation this item is within our return policy, we will provide you with a shipping label for return*. Please see policy below and note you will be responsible for the cost of the label, duties, and any other costs associated**. This will be deducted from your final return or store credit amount.
Step 3: Ship out your return within 3 days of receiving your return label.
Step 4: Once we receive the items in store we will issue a refund after confirming the merchandise is in its original condition with tags attached less the shipping return costs.
Step 5: Once the refund is issued, it should show in your bank account within 1-2 business days. Store credit will be issued immediately upon receiving the item in store.
*You can provide your own shipping label if you prefer, but note you will be responsible for any loss or damages to the items.
**This will at minimum be the cost of the shipping you already paid ($55 USD), you can inquire on label price when you request your return
Please note we are a small shop, so as we try to respond within 24 hours during business hours, sometimes we are a bit delayed.
International Return Policy
We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed or undamaged merchandise with original tags attached for a full refund within 7 days of the delivery date. Returns made within 14 days of the delivery date are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Our 7 day return policy starts the day you receive the item to your delivery address (not upon order date) tracked by the shipping tracking number. Items must be unworn, tags attached, and in new condition. Online purchases are returnable or exchangeable in the store under the return policy guidelines. All discounted sales, discount codes, sale items, special orders, hats and undergarments are final sale.
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship internationally via USPS International. Customers are able to see global shipping options upon checkout where prices vary depending on region/country. The customer is responsible for paying any fees in customs and we unfortunately do not refund international shipping charges if an item is returned. Undeliverable, Refused / returned international shipments
If you decide to refuse any shipments from PIPE AND ROW, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to PIPE AND ROW. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise credit, or refund.
