Yes! We have one store location in Seattle, WA in the iconic Fremont neighborhood. 611 N 35th ST Seattle, WA.
Is everything online in your physical store?
Yes, and more! We put as much product online as we can but since we receive shipments on a weekly basis it's hard to keep up! We always encourage a store visit or follow up on Instagram for more product updates and details.
What is your shipping policy?
We normally ship out goods within 24 hours of when the order is received. We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or undamaged full price merchandise with original tags attached for a full refund within 7 days of when you receive your merchandise. Returns made within 14 days of when you receive your merchandise are eligible for exchange or store credit only. All discounted sales, sales where a coupon codes is used, sale items and undergarments are final sale. Online purchases are returnable or exchangeable in the store under the return policy guidelines. PIPE AND ROW offers free ground shipping on orders $100+ within the US. Return labels will be emailed for return or exchange upon request at email@example.com. Return shipping will be charged $8 for 1lb and under, $12 for everything over 1lb—this will be taken out of your final refund amount. In store returns are free. Any shipping costs paid for any shipping are non-refundable. Special orders, jewelry, undergarments and sale items are final sale.
Do you ship internationally?
The world is our oyster! We do ship internationally via USPS International. Customers are able to see global shipping options upon checkout where prices vary depending on region/country. The customer is responsible for paying any fees in customs and we unfortunately do not refund international shipping charges if an item is returned. What is your online return policy?
PIPE AND ROW offers free ground shipping on orders $100+ within the US. Return labels will be emailed for return or exchange upon request at email@example.com. Return shipping will be charged $8 for 1lb and under, $12 for everything over 1lb—this will be taken out of your final refund amount. In store returns are free. Our 7 day return policy starts the day you receive the item to your delivery address (not upon order date) tracked by the shipping tracking number. Please ship out your return within 3 days of receiving your return label. Once we receive the items in store we will issue a refund after confirming the merchandise is in its original condition with tags attached less the shipping return cost. Online purchases are returnable or exchangeable in the store under the return policy guidelines. All discounted sales, discount codes, sale items, special orders, and undergarments are final sale.
What is your holiday return policy?
If purchased between Nov 25-Dec 24 this qualifies for our holiday exchange policy. Holiday gift items must meet the same return policy requirements above and can be exchanged or returned for store credit with a gift receipt by Jan 7, 2023.
What is your return policy if I use a discount code?
It is final sale.
Can I add an item, change, or cancel my order?
Our team is so fast it's hard to catch packages before they are out the door, but we are always happy to try! Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any cancelation or modification requests. If your item has already been sent out, the fastest way to exchange the item is to simply purchase the correct item you want and request a return label to send back the previous purchase once you receive it. We will refund the first purchase once it is back in store in its original condition and under the return policy guidelines.
Do you gift wrap?
We do! All we need from you is to click “This is a gift” in the order form, or in your order notes comment “this is a gift” and we will happily cross out price tags, add a gift receipt and wrap up your gift for you.
What is a pre order?
We offer preorders to give our customers the opportunity to reserve an item before it arrives to our store. Placing a preorder ensures that you will get the style you want before it sells out! When purchasing an item on preorder you will be charged in full at the time you place the order. The preorder delivery date is the date we expect the item in our store. Upon the merchandise's arrival to our store we ship the it to you. This date is an estimated date. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates for preorder items due to unforeseen delays by the manufacturers. Please know that we cannot control the dates that are given to us by the manufacturers. Preorder items are sold on a first come, first serve basis. If for some reason we cannot fill your order we will issue a full refund.
Can I special order a sold out item?
Have to have it? Email us at email@example.com with the 1) designer name, 2) style name, and 3) color/size information. Our team will let you know if we are expecting a reorder of the style or if we are able to special order it.
Undeliverable, Refused / returned international shipments
If you decide to refuse any shipments from PIPE AND ROW, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to PIPE AND ROW. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise credit, or refund.
What is your in-store return policy?

What is your in-store Exchange policy?
We understand that not every clothing items works out as we want it to. For that, we offer exchanges or store credit for unworn, unwashed or undamaged, full priced items with original tags within 14 days of date of purchase. Items must be exchanged with merchandises of equal or greater value. Customers can also opt for store credit for the returned item which does not expire.
